Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by www.lisita.it, the website of Unisal S.r.l. · Pasticceria Lisita, under art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021.

What they are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, let a site remember some information directly in the browser. Technical ones are needed to make the site work and do not require consent. Analytics and marketing ones require consent.

Technical tools used by the site

The site only uses technical tools that it needs in order to work. It does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. The information stays in your browser and is not used to track you on other websites.

• lisita:consent (localStorage): remembers your cookie choices, so we don’t ask you on every visit.
• lisita:intro (sessionStorage): avoids repeating the opening animation during the same visit; it is deleted when you close the browser.
• lisita:cart-id and lisita:code (localStorage): keep your shop cart and the discount code you entered; they are cleared when you complete the order or the cart expires.
• lisita:collect (localStorage): remembers the products you picked in Click & Collect until you send the order.
• lisita:club and lisita:apppop (localStorage): remember whether you have already closed or filled in the newsletter form or the invitation to download the app, so we don’t show them again.
• Account sign-in (Firebase Authentication browser storage, Google): only if you sign in to your Lisita account, it keeps you signed in and is deleted when you sign out.

External services

The site’s fonts and libraries are hosted on our own server. The online shop runs on Shopify: products, prices, photos, availability and cart are loaded from Shopify’s servers (shop.lisita.it, cdn.shopify.com), which receive the technical connection data, such as your IP address. Payment takes place on the Shopify checkout, which applies its own privacy and cookie policy.

Only on the My account and Click & Collect pages does the site load Google’s Firebase service (www.gstatic.com) for account sign-in.

Some links open third-party services that apply their own policies: Google Maps (directions), Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp (sending Click & Collect orders and sharing), the App Store and Google Play.

Your choices

On your first visit a banner tells you about the tools we use. You can review your choices at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. The Analytics and Marketing options appear in the banner but currently do not activate any tool: if we add any in the future, we will describe them here and activate them only with your consent.

You can also delete cookies and site data from your browser settings.
