Right of withdrawal

For food products the right of withdrawal is excluded under art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), as they are:

• goods made to measure or clearly personalised;
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed products unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons, once opened after delivery.

For non-food products, for example Lisita merchandise, you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason: write to us at info@lisita.it with your order number and return the product intact within 14 days. Return costs are paid by you. We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, once we have received the product.

If something is wrong

When your parcel is delivered, check it as described on the Shipping page. If the packaging is damaged or something does not match your order, write to us quoting your order number, or call us on +39 0823 973768.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders are paid for on collection at the pastry shop. To change or cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp at +39 389 2038308.
