Shipping

Products purchased from the online shop are delivered to the address given at the time of purchase, in the “Shipping details” field, or to the pastry shop if you choose the “In-store pickup” option.

Timescales

Orders received by 12:00 are shipped the same day. All orders are processed within 24/48 hours of receiving payment.

Deliveries are made by express courier from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Except in cases of force majeure, products arrive within 7 working days from the day after the order confirmation email. Unisal S.r.l. is not responsible for delays that are unforeseeable or beyond its control.

Costs

Delivery costs are borne by the customer and may vary according to the destination country. Shipping within Italy costs 9,99 €.

On delivery

When the courier arrives, check that:

• the number of packages matches the number shown on the consignment note;
• the packaging is not damaged, tampered with, wet, too light or altered at the seal.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a link to follow your parcel. You will find every step on the Track my order page.
