When we open our doors at 6:00, everything is already waiting.
The pastry kitchen starts long before we do. When you walk in, the cornetti have just come out of the oven and the sfogliatella is still warm.
At the counter, on the way somewhere, or sitting at a table, taking your time. The first coffee of the day deserves its moment.
