Lisita will be at RomaSquisita
The first celebration of 2024 will be held, as tradition has it, in its usual setting on the Capitoline, in one of the most iconic places in Rome.
ItaliaSquisita returns to celebrate contemporary gastronomy against the backdrop of the capital, at the Palazzetto of the Hotel Hassler in Rome, as guests of the Wirth family, with the event RomaSquisita.
Chefs, pastry chefs, mixologists, bakers and great interpreters of tradition will come together to celebrate the food culture of Rome and central Italy.
The spring celebration will take place on 22 April, from 19:00 onwards, in the halls of the Palazzetto at Trinità dei Monti.
All proceeds from the event will go to charity, to CABSS – Centro Assistenza per Bambini Sordi e Sordociechi Onlus – an organisation founded by Roberto Wirth that has always offered concrete support to deaf and deafblind children as they grow up.
